at our 18th annual golf outing.

Reserve April 23rd for our 18th annual golf outing. We will be at Spring Mill Country Club
for a great day of golf, food and fun.

Lunch will be served at 11:00 AM. Scramble Format Tee Time promptly at 1:00 PM
Field is limited to 25 foursomes

Please make your reservation along with your payment as soon as possible.
Proper golf attire (soft spikes & collared shirt) required. No jeans.

In our 18th year, the Middletown Community Foundation is proud of our accomplishments which are made possible with your help and support.

Our major fundraisers,the Golf Outing and the 5 Mile Run/2 Mile walk, allow us to meet our mission of improving the quality of life in Middletown Township.

To date, with your help, we have been able to award $165,000 in scholarships to high school seniors participating in community service and over $280,000 to help families experiencing difficult financial circumstances.
